These LED light bulbs look nice once installed

Nice flat look. Output is a warm color, but not quite as warm as the old bulbs. All in all a great bulb.

These LED light bulbs look nice once installed. Much better than the globe look of my older ones. The light output is pretty much what I got from my old bulbs. I replaced one and compared this with the other one in an adjacent fixture.


However, these are not quite as warm as the old bulb. They are close, but it is noticeable that the light output is not as 'warm' as the other. A bit more, not much, harsh. Made the color of the wall stand out. That being said, I was comparing the new vs the old which was right next to it. If you only are using these bulbs you probably won't notice the difference. It is a warm output which is nice. But as I said not exactly the output of the old bulb.

All in all I like the flat look. And the output is just fine. And of course the energy savings is great. You should be quite happy with these LED bulbs.

These light bulbs have a newer technology (MCOB) which use less energy and last longer. I had been buying CFL twist energy saver lightbulbs which I thought were nice, until I learned about these bulbs. The CFL energy saving bulbs I had last 12,000 hours and these MCOB HT-lights light bulbs last 35,000 hours. They are a little more expensive, but it's worth the money to invest because they use less energy and last more than twice as long. In the long run, you end up saving more money with the MCOB LED Bulbs. I also like the design and material these are made out of. If I were to drop one of these, I dont need to worry about it shattering like a CFL bulb would. They also don't get hot like CFL bulbs do. I think eventually, CFL bulbs will be phased out and all manufacturers will be selling MCOB bulbs. I got the daylight white colored ones and now would love to have a set of the warm color too.
