I am impressed by this LED flood. I first installed one outside over my entry stairway 6 months ago.
It's essentially a porch light, so its on and off every evening. It replaced a 60 watt halogen flood. It seems every bit as bright if not brighter; perhaps because the light is more focused on the stair area (light is mounted 10 feet above).
Ultimately, I have purchased 6 additional lights and used them to replace exterior flood lights. I haven't had any bulb failures but, as noted, the first light has only been in service 6 months.and the others are relatively new.
With the latest purchase I took one of the lights and installed it in a circuit with a dimmer. This was a single bulb operating with the dimmer switch. It seemed to dim right down with no issues.
It is a bit more sensitive at the very low end when it is just barely glowing. It takes very small adjustments in the dimmer to maintain the bulb at a low glow. More sensitive than the incandescent that was int the fixture.
But it works, dims completely down to a very low glow, and no flickering. Judging from the exterior, these bulbs look well designed and manufactured. All-in-all very pleased with the product.
